“Arbitration Costs and Fees”
of the Arbitration Rules of the “Arbitral Institution
under the RA Chamber of Commerce and Industry”
- Claim or counter-claim registration fee – AMD 20,000.
- Administrationfee – AMD 150,000.
- Arbitrators fees:
Amount of claim Amount of fee up to amount equivalent to AMD 1000,000 AMD 350,000 equivalent to AMD 1000,001– AMD 10,000,000 AMD 350,000 + 10 percent of the amount exceeding AMD 1,000,000 equivalent to AMD 10,000,001- AMD 50,000,000 AMD 1,250,000 + 7 percent of the amount exceeding AMD 10,000,000 equivalent to AMD 50,000,001 and more AMD 4,050,000 + 3 percent of the amount exceeding AMD 50,000,000, but not more than 7,500,000 AMD - The fee is set for one arbitrator. Should more than one arbitrator examine the case, the fee shall be
increased by 50 percent and arbitrators shall be paid in equal parts. - Should the claim or counter-claim be submitted in different currencies or in foreign currency, the
arbitrators’ fees shall be paid in AMD. Currency conversion shall berealized in accordance with
the exchange rate set by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for the day of arbitration
fee payment. - The registration and administrative fees, as well as the arbitrator’s fee should be transferred to the
bank account indicated by the Secretariat. - Should the claimant withdraw his/her claim or should the parties agree on the termination of the
arbitral proceedings prior to formation of the arbitral tribunal, 75% of the administrative fee shall
be returned.
