Appendix on

“Arbitration Costs and Fees”
of the Arbitration Rules of the “Arbitral Institution
under the RA Chamber of Commerce and Industry”

  • Administration fee – AMD 150,000.
  • Arbitration fees:

  • For each non-monetary claim submitted within the scope of non-simplified proceedings, the arbitration fee shall be paid in the amount of AMD 1,500,000.
  • If, within the scope of the simplified proceedings, both monetary and non-monetary claims have been submitted by the same Statement of claim, then the arbitration fee for the monetary claim is paid on the basis of the table set forth in paragraph 2 of this Annex and the arbitration fee for each non-monetary claim shall be paid in the amount of AMD 1,500,000.
  • Arbitration fee for the cases of simplified proceedings shall be paid at the rate of 1.5 percent of the amount of claim, but not more than AMD 250,000.
  • The arbitration fee for cases of simplified proceedings for non-monetary claim shall be paid in the amount of AMD 20,000 irrespective of the number of non-monetary claims submitted by the same Statement of claim.
  • If both monetary and non-monetary claims have been submitted by the same Statement of claim within the scope of simplified proceedings, only the monetary claim shall be basis for calculation and payment of arbitration fee.
  • Should the claim or counterclaim be submitted in different currencies or in foreign currency, the arbitration fee shall be paid in AMD. Currency conversion shall be done in accordance with the relevant exchange rate set by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on the day preceding the payment of arbitration fee.
  • Banking fees related to payment of arbitration fee shall be paid at the expense of the payer.
  • The administration and arbitration fees shall be transferred to the bank account indicated by the Secretariat or published at www.arbitrage.am.
